Member of the Tsa’chila Nationality. Active member of the Tsa’chila el Cóngoma Grande community. Bachelor’s degree in Management for Sustainable Local Development from the Universidad Politécnica Salesiana de Quito. Master’s degree in Educational Management from the Universidad de Especialidades Espíritu Santo in Guayaquil. He has worked as a professor at the Universidad Pública de las Nacionalidades y Pueblos Indígenas Amawtay Wasi, he has been a researcher at the Secretaría de Educación Intercultural Bilingüe y la Etnoeducación, as well as a Strategic Planning and Management Technician at the Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal of Santo Domingo.
